As an exhibitor, you can encourage visitors to book their free tickets in advance through our Eventbrite pages, this is a really good way of gaining another insight into tracking footfall in the run up to the show and on the day. This is also gives them the chance to enter the competition on the day prior to the show.

Posters and Flyers
We have both A4 and A3 size posters available which you can display in your shop window, waiting area, dressing rooms, reception areas, front desk or even hand out to interested brides and grooms-to-be. Alternatively if you would like us to send you a hard copy of posters in post then please do let us know.

To help with the promotion in the lead up to the show we will be posting about our exhibitors as much as possible and a taster of what to expect. Please like our Facebook page and we will be sure to like yours!
We will happily share any posts, promotions or competitions that you publish in relation to the show you’re exhibiting at, please let us know when you are posting this so we can be sure to look out for it at the time.
Twitter is the perfect platform to remind our followers about our upcoming shows and also another great way to reach out to visitors to keep them up to date with the latest, including the countdown to the day of the show.
Please help spread the word by sharing any posts about the show you are exhibiting at and also your own posts that we will share too, include the hashtag: #TheWeddingShow to create a relate-able presence to the show.
It’s also a fantastic way to share your highlight’s from the day afterwards, include the hashtag: #BrideBestBits
Another great tool to use is Instagram, people tend to react to the popular posts that normally involve some form of visual content. This is a brilliant way of really showing visitors a teaser of things such as arriving at the show venue, setting up your stand and what products and services you will be exhibiting at the show. Give us a follow and we will certainly follow you back too!

If you have any special offers, discounts or competitions you will be promoting to visitors at the show on your stand, or any company news you think is of interest to our followers, please do send us the details plus an image, and we will do our best to include it in the show guide, as well as on our social media and exhibition website.
